Join the Advocacy Teams organizer Jameelah Lewis for an interactive workshop on using our communal voices to cultivate policy change. This session explores how Advocacy Teams are working to end endless wars. We will discuss our 2022 campaign to end U.S. support for the Saudi war in Yemen, which is rooted in a legacy of racism in U.S. foreign policy. We will examine the role of grassroots advocacy in broader efforts to dismantle racism and militarism.

Join us as we look at how we can foster radical change by lobbying our members of congress to transform lives in the U.S. and across the globe. With small group discussions and exercises, this 90-minute workshop will inspire participants to take action with FCNL by engaging with the Advocacy Teams program.
