Interfaith Health Care Vigil
Capitol Lawn Area 9
Washington, DC 20002
|When: ||Wednesday, June 28, 4:00 PM |
|Directions: ||We'll meet across the street from the United Methodist Building.|
We want senators to know that we are not only watching how they will vote on health care, but also praying for the millions of people who will be harmed if this horrible legislation passes. Thousands will lose their lives and millions more will lose access to care they so desperately need.
We need Quakers and Friends to be present, to pray, and to be supportive as we advocate against this bill.
During this time, we will hold a vigil with prayer, testimony, and protest on the Capitol lawn between the Supreme Court and the Capitol Building.
